Crazy, this is a photo from today vs about six months ago! With the help of Dr Paris, I’ve cleaned up my eating, gotten off my many allergy meds, sleeping better, no snoring or sinus headaches, more energy, lost weight, no more bloatedness, my skin & hair look healthier, figured out foods making me sick, actually exercising, feeling so much better and positive about myself. Stuff no other doctor or meds have done for me in the past. So many positives! And no guessing, actually getting to the root of what’s going on and lab testing for results. Worth every penny. Highly recommend. It’s set my whole family on a lifelong healthier path with me.

I did the plan for 3 months and it didn't work for me, the situation I had gotten worse so I decided to stop. I still ending up paying the full price $3,000 for the plan and a little more even though I canceled it early. They set up an account where the money is deposited and when you call to get supplements they always say they are going to see if you have credits and they always say you do because they assume you will finish the plan so they just run up the bill. Why are you saying your checking to see if I have credits if your going to send it anyway because you assume I will finish the plan? The dieting wasn't very usual. I was just told to eat plain/barley seasoned food for over a month with no real thought process or personalization to it.

When I went to regular doctor my blood test became worse and worse. I found Dr Shields from integrative wellness center. After 2 weeks when I started using the suggested supplements and diet I started feeling better. I stopped drinking coffee and followed his regiment. It was not easy but after 2 months I lost more than 20 pounds. I stopped using high blood pressure medication my acid reflux is almost gone. My second blood test was better. My rosacea is almost gone. I gained a lot of energy. I also worked with Dr Simmons, he listened to my concerns and was very helpful.

Chronic inflammation, joint pain, digestive issues, constipation and poor sleep for many years. I had been juggling doctor visits for 3 autoimmune conditions. I recently started gaining weight and my blood pressure was going up. My daughter introduced me to IWC and I am so glad I decided to start the program they determined would help me. I have had an amazing experience at the Integrative Wellness Center. I have been working with Dr. Paris and she is a wealth of knowledge! Today marks day 80 of my wellness journey with Integrative Wellness Centers. 80 days without sugar, bread, dairy, and wheat. I know, a lot of you say “I could never give up sweets, or bread, etc.” But when you feel like I felt, as if something was looming, like you are but a breath away from a life changing health crisis. You will do anything! With the guidance of doctor Shields, doctor Simmons, and nutritional health coach Jamie Sue Hill I.N.H.C, I’ve done just that! I’ve met my goal weight (This isn’t about weight loss, but it is a healthy side effect!) and feeling amazing! Several inflammatory markers that were extremely high in the initial blood work are now nullified! I’m now no longer pre-diabetic! My liver enzymes are now all normal and my cholesterol is phenomenal! I exercise 30 minutes a day, and look forward to it! I’m excited, to continue this journey and unlock more health benefits of proper nutrition and exercise! Integrative Wellness Center provided the very first experience I've had with doctors who really listen, who ask great questions, and who dig really deep. Not only are the results amazing but I feel like I've really been heard and treated as an individual. When you get the results you are looking for, it's easy to stick to the plan.
